About Lee

PERSONALS: I am a native Californian, raised in a small farming community north of Sacramento. Most of my free time, in my youth, was spent either in peach farming, prune harvest, or raising hogs. Shortly after leaving high school, I joined the U. S. Coast Guard, serving both in the North Atlantic and Pacific.

Upon being honorably discharged from active duty, I began my journey of becoming an ordained minister. I pastored for twenty-four years, during which time, I attempted to be all things to all people not realizing the toll it would take on my body, soul, and spirit. Through “burnout,” I learned what was missing and how to share this information with others so they can obtain a more balanced life.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE: I am a certified coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, of which I am a member in good standing. In addition, I am a member of the Sacramento Coaches Association. Continued coach training, through Western Seminary, keeps me versed in the most recent coaching techniques.

MINISTRY: During my lifetime, I have served as pastor, district overseer of churches, writer, and teacher. In addition to my pastoral service, I have served as a counselor for the State of California. I am a staff memeber at Arcade Church in Sacramento in the role of Director of Coaching. In all of this, I have no desire to stop, but aspire to be of continuing service to others.

FAMILY LIFE: My wife, Nadine, truly is the love of my life! We look forward to celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary in October 2010. I thank God nearly everyday for bringing this precious person into my life. I truly do not know what I would do without her.

We relish the pleasures of parenthood while facing the challenges with confidence in our God. We are the proud parents of three sons, one daughter, six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
