● The Coaching Readiness Inventory is designed to reflect how you personally rate yourself, and to indicate whether you feel you are ready to be coached. Simply follow the instructions located at the top of the inventory.
● Once you have made the chose to be coached, you are requested to provide information on the Coaching Documents that will assist in your coaching process. You may skip any request for information you are uncomfortable sharing. All confidential information will be safeguarded. The file is in Word format for you to enter your data and return by e-mail.
● The Coaching Prep Form is designed to clarify what you want to discuss during each subsequent coaching session. If you would like to forward the completed form by fax, or e-mail prior to each coaching session, please feel free to do so. The file is in WORD format for you to complete on your computer and e-mail to your coach.
● The Focus on Coaching Workshop - Student Guide download is provided for those individuals who have signed up for the Focus on Coaching Workshop. This PDF file is password protected. Please contact Life Coaching Ministries to assure your participation in this workshop, and to obtain the code to unlock the file.
● The Coaching Fee Table is provided on a graduated scale to increase the probability that everyone will have an equal opportunity of being coached.
